We are so thankful New England's Tiffiny Reckley made her way down south to begin changing lives for underserved youth.  Ms. Reckley earned her Bachelor of Music at Xavier University in Louisiana and her Master of Music Education from UNT.  Her Capstone entitled "Reflections of Me:  Experiences of Black Female Band Directors in Urban Title I Schools" is a phenomenal snapshot highlighting the tenacity and perseverance of so many.
